All BingBite Cafe meal plans operate on a credit-based system.

• 1 Credit = 1 Meal

• Credits may only be redeemed for meals under the purchased plan.

• Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • 20 Credits = 20 Meals

Working days refer to Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.

To ensure meal freshness and efficient meal preparation:

• All meal credits must be redeemed within the validity period of the selected plan.

• Unused credits will automatically expire upon the expiry date.

• Expired credits cannot be reinstated or extended.

• Unused credits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Adult Healthy Meal Plan

Subscribers may choose either:

• Rice Bowl Meal, or

• Fresh Salad Meal

for each redeemed meal credit.

Little Sheep Kid's Meal Plan

• Kid's meals will be prepared according to the menu provided under the selected plan.

• Menus may be updated periodically to maintain variety and nutritional balance.

All meals are freshly prepared using quality ingredients.

While we strive to provide the advertised menu, BingBite Cafe

reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions due to:

• Seasonal ingredient availability

• Supplier shortages

• Market conditions

• Operational requirements

Any substitutions will be made with ingredients or meals of comparable quality and nutritional value.

All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Full payment is required before the activation of any meal plan.

BingBite Cafe reserves the right to revise pricing, promotions, meal plans, and service offerings without prior notice.

Any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.

Due to advance food preparation, ingredient procurement, and operational planning:

• All purchases are strictly non-refundable.

• No refunds will be provided for partially used meal plans.

• No refunds will be provided for unused or expired meal credits.

• No refunds will be provided for missed meals resulting from customer unavailability.

• No refunds will be provided once a meal plan has been activated.

Refunds will only be considered where required by applicable law.

Meal credits are strictly non-transferable.

Credits may not be:

• Sold

• Assigned

• Shared

• Transferred

• Exchanged

to another individual without prior written approval from BingBite Cafe.

Deliveries are available on working days only (Monday to Friday).

Free delivery is provided only within BingBite Cafe's designated delivery coverage area.

Additional delivery charges may apply for locations outside the standard delivery zone.

Customers will be informed of any additional delivery charges before order confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including:

• Full Name

• Contact Number

• Delivery Address

• Delivery Instructions (if applicable)

BingBite Cafe shall not be responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

• Incorrect address information

• Incorrect contact information

• Customer unavailability

• Restricted access locations

Once a meal has been delivered to the specified location, responsibility for the meal transfers to the customer.

If a customer is unavailable during the scheduled delivery window:

• The delivery will be deemed completed.

• The corresponding meal credit will be deducted.

• No replacement meal, refund, or credit reimbursement will be provided.

Meal deliveries are generally unavailable on Malaysian public holidays unless otherwise announced.

Where applicable, deliveries may be rescheduled to the next available working day.

Our meals may contain or come into contact with common allergens including:

• Nuts

• Eggs

• Dairy

• Soy

• Seafood

• Gluten

Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions must notify BingBite Cafe before subscribing.

While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Promotions, discounts, free delivery campaigns, referral programs, and special offers:

• Are subject to availability.

• May be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.

• Cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BingBite Cafe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant meal plan.

BingBite Cafe shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather conditions

• Floods

• Fires

• Traffic disruptions

• Government restrictions

• Supplier shortages

• Strikes

• Natural disasters

• Public health emergencies

BingBite Cafe reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be published on our website and shall take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
